GOD IS STILL
AT WORK
We continue to be amazed at what God is doing through Ethos, even in 2020! At the risk of repeating ourselves too frequently, the truth is, the best part about Ethos is you. No matter how you found yourself reading our “2020 Year End Report," we love you and are honored to be in this together with every one of you! We don’t care what part we play; we are just thankful to play a part.
We have learned a lot over this past year and continue to do so. We thank God for all that He is doing in our community, and we believe that the best is yet to come! So, here’s to 2021! Let us be in awe of God. Let us live sent, open-handed, and united. Let us reach, serve, & love more people than we ever dreamed possible, in Jesus’ name.

The best part about Ethos is the people! The Ethos Family is the heart and soul of our church and everything we do, whether creating spaces of belonging, serving with relentless generosity, or investing into each generation and transforming lives by loving all people in Jesus’ name.

Sundays of Church Online
Our Creative, Worship and Production Team made a shift to produce excellent online experiences to worship Jesus and lean into God’s Word to find truth and guidance for each day.

Adults in Fall Community Groups
We had 19 fall Community Groups (small gatherings that meet in-person or online across the city). And we launched our first Ethos U group on Ohio State’s campus.

Servant Leaders
We are leaders who serve and servants who lead to make a difference throughout our city.

Adult Salvations
We celebrate big for each person who says “yes” to a personal relationship with Jesus. We are continuing to identify ways to best equip Ethos to live on mission and to build disciples for Jesus.

YTH Salvations
The Ethos YTH team hosted our first Summer Camp where students had fun, developed life-giving community, and unpacked the hope of Jesus for their lives.

People in FPU
We are excited that 11 people enrolled in the Ethos Financial Peace University Class and are on their way to Financial freedom.

Each year, we budget a minimum of 12% of our income for local and global justice initiatives and planting life-giving churches to further the mission of God. This year, we went above and well beyond our walls while giving 23% away.

Facility Expenses include but are not limited to: Rented Venues, Office Leases, Maintenance, and Utilities.
Staffing and contractors
Wages & Contractors include but are not limited to: Wages for contractors and salaries for all staff and benefits for full-time staff.
Beyond Our Walls
Funds designated toward Local Outreach, National & Global Church Planting, and Global Missions. We strategically invest into serving our city and partnering with incredible organizations.
